Since the foundation, Zhangyuan Tungsten has always been regarding the product quality as our life. We emphasized the “Survive on Quality, Develop by Reputation”, and definitized that quality management is the foundation for company’s sustainable operation. We built up a quality management system strictly according to the ISO 9001 international standard and obtained ISO Quality Management System Certificate. Our complete quality management system standardized all management and operant behaviors, so as to ensure the high quality of products and services by the high standard working quality.

With a thorough quality management network, our Quality Management Department was responsible for the daily quality control works, and achieved the documentation, standardization, institutionalization, datamation and standardized management for controlling the raw material quality, process quality and finished production quality. Meanwhile,we also set up an advanced testing center which received the certificate from the CNAS. It has a series of advanced testing instruments and equipments which cover macroscopic analysis and micro test that can analyze the physical and chemical properties range from raw materials like tungsten concentrates, cobalt powder to APT, tungsten powder, tungsten carbide powder, cemented carbide and other tungsten materials, such as Electron-field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope, Full-automatic Rotating Anode X-Ray Polycrystalline Diffractometer , Wavelength Dispersive X-ray Fluorescence Spectrome ,We also combine process control with professional test into an on-line detection system which throughout the whole productive process so that the strict quality management could be realized in the chain of raw materials-process-products-service.

The Quality Management Department employed several domestic leading experts and professor senior engineers in tungsten industry, and 45% of the employees is engineer and undergraduate with strong technical research ability. The regular trainings are available for all employees to continually improve the quality awareness, working efficiency and workmanship of staffs, so that we can provide good products and services to our customers. Regarding the service awareness, we paid more attention to the pre-sales service while insisted on the combination of pre-sales, sales and after-sales services. Besides, we also established the cemented carbide cutting laboratory to guarantee the quality of cemented carbide, so as to provide the useful advice for our customers and improve their satisfaction.

3, The technology of Ball milling-Spray drying-Precision shaping-Press sintering is used in the cemented carbide production line. 

4, The technology combines CNC machining center with CNC tools is used in the cemented carbide moulds and fine-grinding production line.
